**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing the Operations team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
* Hiring, training, and supervising operations team members for the front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping Associates
* Serving as a liaison with the Corporate Customer Care Department to assist with member and operational issues
* Managing cash deposits and ensuring daily deposits are made on time
* Coordinating with the cleaning team to ensure proper levels of cleanliness are maintained
* Assisting with member cancellations and ensuring procedures are followed to retain members
* Managing membership questions, concerns, and inquiries for the facility
* Developing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, including employee retention and satisfaction
* Training staff to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests
* Leading by example to provide a clean, friendly, and top-of-the-line club for our members
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude
* A passion for hospitality and excellence in customer service
* Experience in the fitness industry (preferably)
* Strong leadership qualities, including motivational, communication, and team-building skills
* Ability to use sound business judgment and have strong analytical skills
* Effective communication and listening skills
* Ability to delegate and follow up effectively
* Ability to plan and organize effectively
* Demonstrated ability to create a positive environment
* Demonstrated willingness and openness for self-development
* College degree preferred
* Current CPR Certification required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in a management or leadership role
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with Medallia or similar customer feedback software
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary for this role is $66,560.16 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan and Aflac supplemental insurance options.
