**System Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. These include:
* **Self-provided computer or laptop**: You'll need a computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* **Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications**: You'll need a headset that meets our technical requirements.
* **High-speed internet connection**: You'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll attend a 6-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
