**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders, application owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that exceeds our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
* Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and secure
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve arenaflex's software solutions
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that customers are satisfied with the software solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java-based technologies such as Spring, REST, and multi-threading
* Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment
* Experience with containerization, such as Docker
* Experience with security best practices, such as secure coding and penetration testing
* Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
