**Compensation**
• **Starting rate is $15.00 / hour**: You will be paid a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

**System Requirements**
Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few items:
• **Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years**: You will be required to provide your own computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
• **Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications**: You will be required to use a headset compatible with arenaflex's specifications.
• **High-speed internet connection**: You will be required to have a high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
• **Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported**: arenaflex does not support Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
