**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless store operations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions to customer inquiries
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 60 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer needs
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and communication skills
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
