**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
* Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience, driving continuous improvement and innovation
* Providing proactive communication to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate support
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds
* Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): Maintain an AHT of 5 minutes or less
**Qualifications**
To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
* Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred, but not required
* Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with experience in online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues
