Essential Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain arenaflex's offerings
- Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- High-speed internet access (> 40mbps)
