**Day in the Life**
As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
