**Job Summary**
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will investigate data and processes to gain insights that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts to investigate data and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision making
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
* Communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
* Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (desired)
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and drive strategic decision making
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Apple products and services (desired)

* Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth (desired)
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js (desired)
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud (desired)
