Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. This is a unique opportunity to work from home while supporting arenaflex's mission to provide an elevated travel experience to all customers. As a Customer Care Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
- Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
