**Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales and upselling opportunities
* Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities to upgrade customer experiences and drive revenue growth
* Explain and position products and processes with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams and work collaboratively to resolve issues
* Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation

**Physical Requirements**
This job operates in a professional office environment.
