As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive success. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural teams to drive success and achieve our goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level

* Experience in data entry or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes
