Experienced Customer Service Representative – Mobile Pet Grooming Industry

Our team is passionate, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers, groomers, and pets. **Job Summary** We're seeking a responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to manage customer service tasks, book appointments for multiple groomers' schedules, and make on-the-spot scheduling changes when groomers call in sick or customers need to cancel appointments.
