**Your Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients in Spanish and English, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that meet their requirements
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
