We're united in our desire to help our clients better serve and empower their communities. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team and provide top-notch service for our customers. As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be supporting our Studios vertical, assisting our customers with software that enables studios to offer online registration, tuition calculation, and payment options for parents of their dance students. Our software boasts a host of integrated tools enabling studios to optimize their operations. **Responsibilities** As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting software issues, and delivering solutions that meet our customers' business needs * Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests * Responding to client questions and issues, including bugs, feature requests, and business processes through phone, chat, and email * Working directly with clients, as well as Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues * Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content * Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong customer service and analytical skills * Comfortable helping customers via phone support * Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Flexible work schedule; must be able to work on weekends * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills * Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals * Success-driven, works well in a team, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment * Knowledge and passion for the dance industry (previous experience with SaaS or payments industry preferred, but not mandatory) **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
