**The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and get the most out of our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support, guidance, and expertise to help them succeed. Your main job will be to make sure our customers absolutely crush it with our product, and you'll do this by:
* Understanding our customers' specific goals and demonstrating how arenaflex helps them accomplish these objectives
* Regularly reviewing and communicating metrics to highlight the value customers gain from using arenaflex
* Identifying opportunities to expand customer usage and grow additional business within our current customer base
* Helping brands create fun and engaging ideas for activating brands' ambassadors and enhancing their effectiveness
* Becoming an expert in executing impactful ambassador programs specifically for e-commerce direct-to-consumer brands
* Providing ongoing training, support, and best practices to ensure customers optimize their ambassador marketing efforts
* Building and managing day-to-day relationships with arenaflex customers
* Managing onboarding for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and quick adoption
* Regularly reporting on customer usage, adoption metrics, and overall health to proactively address any potential issues
* Working closely with support, product management, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Helping us keep our online knowledge base current with helpful articles and best practices for customer success
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* 2+ years in a client-facing or Customer Success role
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X)
* Self-motivated and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Adaptable team player who enjoys collaborative environments
* Prior e-commerce marketing expertise (a plus, but not required)
* Knowledge of ambassador, influencer, and affiliates marketing strategies (a plus, but not required)
* Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem (a plus, but not required)
* Experience as brand ambassador (a plus, but not required)
* Proficiency using Hubspot (a plus, but not required)
* Hands-on experience using the arenaflex platform (a plus, but not required)

If you have any of the following skills or experiences, you'll be at the top of our list:
* Prior e-commerce marketing expertise
* Knowledge of ambassador, influencer, and affiliates marketing strategies
* Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem
