**Job Overview**
As a full stack customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. This is a remote work from home opportunity, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you (within client/contract hours of operation).
**Schedule and Earnings**
The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with the opportunity to create a schedule that suits your needs. Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Expected Salary**
The expected salary for this role is $16 - 19 per hour.

The location for this role is Columbus, OH.
