**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be a part of bringing humanity to business, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers with empathy and understanding
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Consulting on products with compassion and resolving issues with a smile
* Collaborating with your team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it
* Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (25mbps)
* A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
