We're seeking a dependable and organized individual for a Data Entry/File Clerk position in our Reno office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the company's files and records, providing exceptional client services, and supporting our operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurate data entry on a variety of spreadsheets and databases
* Filing and maintaining project folders
* Excellent client services skills, including greeting, announcing, and directing visitors
* Ability to answer a multi-line phone system, successfully fielding incoming calls efficiently and professionally
* Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, filing, and administrative support
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a similar role in a professional services or testing and inspection environment
* Knowledge of database management systems and data entry software
* Certification in a related field, such as administrative assistance or office management
