You'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to internal and external customers. If you're a people person with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about arenaflex's products and services * Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers * Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone * Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression * Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers * Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, and processing customer billings * Perform miscellaneous and job-related duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years old * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) * Must have 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future **Schedule** * Must be available to work the following schedule: + Sunday: 10A-6P + Monday: 10A-6P + Tuesday: 10A-6P + Wednesday: 10A-6P + Thursday: 10A-6P **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $15 per hour * Full benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401K, and paid time-off * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
