**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional online experiences
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide informed and expert support
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide exceptional customer support
