**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced part-time remote customer service representative to join our National Campaigns Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional shareholder communications services to our internal clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders through inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Good speaking voice and strong phone etiquette
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Familiarity with shareholder communications and voting processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
