As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Your primary focus will be to assist customers in identifying the perfect RV or outdoor product for their needs, while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Interact with customers through inbound chats in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers in identifying RVs or outdoor products that meet their needs and preferences
* Improve customer experience by providing personalized support and recommendations
* Schedule RV sales appointments with customers to meet with our dealership specialists and track in our CRM
* Maintain brand consistency by directing customers to relevant resources and information
* Achieve established performance goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
* Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* A commitment to customer experience and a passion for the outdoors
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and apply logical solutions
* Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via live chat, email, phone, and video conferencing tools
* Ability to learn about the RV and outdoor industries, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Past professional experience and accomplished employment history, with a strong track record of customer service and sales performance
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience or 1-2 years of related experience
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
