**Your Role**
As a Customer Success Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate with 3-5 colleagues to support our impact investors, providing expert support, shaping our product, facilitating onboarding, and driving continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Being a champion for our customers: Understanding their needs and how arenaflex helps them achieve their goals.
* Providing expert support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email about arenaflex and impact investing.
* Shaping our product: Gathering customer feedback to help improve the platform and create a seamless user experience.
* Facilitating onboarding: Guiding customers through account setup, verification, and getting started with arenaflex.
* Driving continuous improvement: Contributing to refining customer touchpoints and updating resources like our FAQ section.
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about spreading the word about sustainable investing and arenaflex's mission. You'll be fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher in both), with Swiss German and/or French being a plus. Your excellent problem-solving skills and empathy for customer needs will enable you to provide top-notch support. You'll also be comfortable using technology, including CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and standard office applications (e.g., G-Suite, MS Office). Experience with phone and email support is a must, and a curiosity about finance and sustainable investing is a bonus.
