We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our international customer service team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with order release and fulfillment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining and executing return processing through integrated systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Receiving and promptly servicing customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization, and general product knowledge.
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
* Communicating with brand management regarding issues or concerns to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications/Skills**
To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
* 2-3 years of customer service experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Courteous customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
* Excellent computer skills, including general PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus, but not required.
* Must be able to work an eastern standard schedule, 40 hours per week, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
* Must have a functioning internet provider and personal computer available.
