We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our US team and own a book of our customers. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with our customers, working closely with them to pair their strategic outcomes with objective success criteria, and ensuring our platform delivers value. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global leader in people-centric cyber resilience, with a vision to empower organizations to protect their revenues and brand reputations. Our customers include some of the world's biggest brands, such as Citi, Pfizer, Daimler, Humana, and HSBC. **The Role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with our customers to ensure effective onboarding, where you'll walk them through our customer lifecycle, agree upon outcomes, and work towards those success criteria * Training clients on how they and their teams will get the most out of our product suite * Setting strategies for the customer, putting in place objectives, and measuring success * Collaborating with our professional service and customer support team to deliver a strategic vision * Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering with sales to help them close opportunities * Running customer success reviews with your clients to ensure value is understood at an executive level **Who You Are** We're looking for a strong Customer Success Manager with: * 3-5 years of experience in customer success management, account management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment * Exceptional planning and communication skills * Stellar presentation skills, client management, and written communication skills * Experience in implementing customer solutions * Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion, along with excellent planning and organizational skills * Ability to maintain a high-valued outcome-based relationship with an eclectic customer profile base * Willingness to travel periodically based on the business and project's needs * Experience in cybersecurity is a plus **arenaflex's Values** Our growth has been fueled by the values that underpin everything we do.
