With our commitment to growth and development, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career and achieve your dreams. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * **Connect with customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly resolve issues**: Effectively de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive experience for our customers. * **Escalate interactions**: Know when to escalate interactions to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. * **Meet sales objectives**: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. * **Track call-related information**: Accurately record and report on call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide feedback**: Share insights and feedback on call issues to help us improve our services. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **6 months customer service experience**: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role. * **Over 18 years of age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. * **Ability to type 25 wpm**: A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is required. * **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. * **Comfort with desktop computer systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computers and software applications. * **Proven oral and written communication skills**: Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. * **6 months Call Center experience, preferred**: Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required. * **Logical problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems effectively. * **Availability to work various shifts**: Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends. * **Ability to use Windows operating systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using Windows operating systems. * **Organization and work prioritization skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. * **6 months sales experience minimum**: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a sales role is required. * **Able to work independently**: You'll need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision. * **Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment**: You'll need to be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities. * **Ability to stay composed and objective**: You'll need to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in challenging situations. * **Strong listening skills**: Excellent listening skills are essential for success in this role. * **Superior negotiating skills**: You'll need to be able to negotiate effectively with customers to achieve sales targets. **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps are required. * **ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms**: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping of under 50ms. * **Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN**: You cannot use satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections. * **Proof of internet speed required**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that it meets our requirements. * **Clean and quiet workspace**: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace to ensure that you can focus on your work. **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
