We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Chat Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support to our users. About the Role

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries from current and prospective users and donors via live chat and email. You'll work closely with our users to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate, and helpful solutions. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will enable you to identify user needs and help customers implement specific features, analyze product malfunctions, and gather user feedback to drive product improvements.

Training and Onboarding:

As a new member of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure your success. Our 3-month paid training program will cover everything you need to know to excel in this role, including our products, policies, and procedures.

Work Schedule:

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll work a permanent schedule of Tuesday to Thursday, 11:30 PM EST to 9:30 AM EST. Our tentative deployment date is April 1, 2025, and our training schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
