As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers in a convenient and welcoming retail setting. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios, using critical thinking and creativity to resolve issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of packages
