**The Opportunity**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from home, answering inbound customer calls, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be part of the arenaflex team, working closely with our Customer Service Supervisors to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and analyze account data. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service
* Offer additional products to customers, personalizing their experience and increasing sales
* Assist customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
* Work collaboratively with our Customer Service Supervisors to resolve complex issues
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
**What You Bring**
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate complex situations
* Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a set schedule and structured day
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, with a high level of technical proficiency
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to sit for long periods, with regular breaks and self-care activities
* Familiarity with customer service software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours, as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate: $15.00/hour
* Additional pay for working 6pm-6am: $1.00/hour
* Additional pay for working 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday: $1.00/hour

**Training and Development**
* 8-week training program, with a focus on customer service, technical skills, and arenaflex's systems and processes
* Ongoing training and development opportunities, to enhance your skills and knowledge

**System Requirements**
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* Headset compatible with arenaflex's specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
* Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
