Duties & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, and sourcing referrals from customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships.
- Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
- Maintaining your knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of arenaflex.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and investment products.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- 1 year or more of experience in customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience.
- Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, including checking, savings, and loan products.
Exempt Status
This role is non-exempt, meaning you'll be eligible for overtime pay.
