**Job Summary**
arenaflex is currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven Customer Service Representative I to join our Kapolei Branch in Oahu. In this role, you will provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch, promoting the Bank's products and services, and acting as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote the Bank's products and services, informing customers of benefits and features, and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
* Act as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank, such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards, etc.
* Project a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank, adhering to our high standards of dress and demeanor
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience
* Utilize judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information, maintaining the highest level of integrity and security
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Bank's products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and promotions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Associate's degree in business or equivalent work skills required
* Mandatory completion of arenaflex CSR School upon acceptance into the position
* Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution or 2 years in a retail sales environment selling products and services
* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to perform sales presentations to individuals and groups
* Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
* PC skills in word processing, with the ability to type 35wpm

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
