**Your Role**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, handling telephone, email, and live messaging interactions with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. You'll think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members, assist them in managing their membership, and upsell CLEAR products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal members.
• Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling CLEAR products and services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

**Role Requirements**
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and weekends are a must, as you'll be working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our members.
• Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test.
• The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title.
