**Experienced IT Support Specialist – Data Entry and Technical Services**

As an IT Support Specialist in our Data Entry and Technical Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing top-notch support to our employees, and driving business success. **Why You'll Love This Job** This role is part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting employees in all aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to desktop projects (global deployments/renovations) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform preventive maintenance * Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call, and travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as mentioned * Ventures, as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation * Preferred Qualifications: + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Essential Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: + General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** * Enjoy all that arenaflex has to offer: + Medical benefits: On day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
