**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients
* Maintain open communication with AidQuest, ensuring that all leads are properly managed and followed up on
* Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure that all caregiver leads are properly screened and hired
* Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver recruitment and retention
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Work closely with our care management team to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in caregiver recruitment and management
* Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing caregiver leads
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
