**Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed
* Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
* Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
* Being a good teammate to coworkers
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a call center environment
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* A detail-oriented approach and the ability to think proactively
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:
* High-speed internet access
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work.
**Compensation**
This is a competitive hourly position, with a starting rate of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, there are numerous commission opportunities available, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month.

**Schedule**
Our schedule is designed to accommodate your needs:
* Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, VA, from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home, from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
