**What to Expect:**
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real-time
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System
* Collaborating with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback
* Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and customer service skills
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* A proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment
**How to Stand Out:**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Customer service, call center service, or similar certification
* Experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic medical records (EMR), with experience with Epic EMR being a plus
