**Key Responsibilities**
As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
* Keeping the job open with visibility set to 'Internal' to prevent it from going out to job boards
* Managing and maintaining our internal job board to ensure seamless communication and coordination between team members
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
* Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track job openings and candidate progress
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and job management software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
