* Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing it from going out to job boards
* Collaborate with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and team members
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in care and support
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a care or support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
