Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atomic is a performance marketing agency seeking a Conversion Optimization Specialist to enhance revenue for high-growth DTC brands. The role involves owning the CRO strategy and execution across multiple Shopify-based stores, focusing on testing and optimizing landing pages and funnels.
Responsibilities
- Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands
- Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
- Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
- Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
- Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights
- Sharing results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up
- Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing
- Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)
- Experience with SaaS landing page optimization
- Hands-on testing in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Strong UX design sensibility
