**Your Seat at the Table:**
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the support they need. If you're passionate about:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Providing a positive and personalized experience with each interaction
* Researching and answering customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders
* Capturing warranty data and entering customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
* Entering customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizing refunds, as necessary
* Resolving shipping and order status issues and requesting payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices
* Performing outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments, and product delivery or service of product
* Entering orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup
* Managing escalation situations and providing solutions to complex problems

**Requirements:**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2-5 years of customer service experience
* Fluency in Spanish (required)
* Experience with warranty management (preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in customer records management, word processing, database, and email software
