As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience throughout every stage of their journey. You'll work closely with our Director of Sales Operations and other functional leaders to design and execute a best-in-class customer support and development strategy that fosters customer relationships, enhances satisfaction, and drives business growth. If you're a natural leader with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of on-site and remote Customer Service Account Managers to provide proactive and exceptional customer service for arenaflex customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * Manage day-to-day operations and all escalated matters, in partnership with the Sr. Customer Service Account Managers, for the Customer Service Account Management team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. * Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Account Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance and development goals, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team. * Partner with executive leadership to implement standard operating procedures and continuous process improvement for customer service operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. * Assist customers with escalated inquiries regarding product and service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution, and providing solutions that meet their unique needs. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and/or other departments to resolve ongoing customer issues, streamline customer processes, and improve overall efficiency, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Develop, participate in, and lead training sessions to enhance product and process knowledge and service skills, ensuring that the team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Model and provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings, setting the standard for customer service excellence within the organization. * Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures, as needed, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. * Record, log, and track all customer service-related data for accurate reporting in arenaflex ERP and CRM systems, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. * Deliver weekly, data-driven reports to department and executive leadership teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with customer service goals and objectives. * Other duties as assigned, including participating in special projects and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum of 1 year's experience in rapid manufacturing or a similar sector. * Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer relationship management/customer service. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a team leadership and/or development role. * Familiarity with additive and traditional manufacturing processes, industry norms, techniques, and best practices. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company that's revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the organization. * Flexible work arrangements and a healthy work-life balance. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
