**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Representative to join our team in a remote full-time position. As a key member of our Centralized Services team, you will be responsible for processing patient referral data, verifying accuracy, and communicating with center employees to ensure seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter, update, and verify patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel
* Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
* Process all faxes in a timely and efficient manner
* Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
* Effectively communicate with center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor

* Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with center employees and patients
* Technical Capacity: Proficient in using multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Time Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Thoroughness: Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and processing
**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervision responsibilities.
**Work Environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment. You will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
**Physical Demands**
This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. You will frequently talk and hear.
**Travel**
No travel is expected for this position.
**Job Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications/Experience:**
* One plus year of experience in customer service/data entry – healthcare preferred
* Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry – 9,000+ KSPH
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
* Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
* Ability to excel in a very fast-paced team environment
* Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectations
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
**Education/Certifications:**
* Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED) – continuing education preferred
