As a Customer Success Manager I at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in retaining and growing revenue from our agent channel. You'll work closely with small business customers to provide exceptional customer service, optimize their products and services for maximum ROI, and sell additional products and services to expand arenaflex's market share.
