**The Role**
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers through phone, email, and chat functions
* Resolving routine problems and issues related to client products or services
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (with a good command of English)
* Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but is a valued merit)
* Ability to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

This role is available from the United States, Estonia, and South Dakota (USA), with multiple start dates throughout 2025. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region, including Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils.
