**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently**: You'll be working with a range of data sources, including spreadsheets, documents, and databases, to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
* **Updating existing data and verifying its accuracy**: You'll be responsible for reviewing and updating existing data to ensure that it's accurate and consistent, and for identifying and correcting errors.
* **Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors**: You'll be working to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that any errors or discrepancies are identified and corrected promptly.
* **Generating reports and presenting findings to management as needed**: You'll be working with our management team to generate reports and present findings on data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
* **Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information**: You'll be working with sensitive and confidential information, and you'll be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of this information.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: You'll need a solid educational foundation to succeed in this role.
* **Proven experience with data entry or similar administrative roles is a plus**: While experience is not required, it's a plus if you have experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
* **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
