**Responsibilities:**
As an experienced data entry specialist in our live chat support team, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data and managing information logs in a timely and efficient manner
* Responding to customer queries and providing support through live chat, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
* Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures

**Requirements:**
