**The Role**
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance across multiple channels, including text, phone, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
* Work closely with medical teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions
* Champion arenaflex's core values and ensure that customer interactions align with our mission and vision
* Collaborate with the Virtual Support team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Work weekend shifts and be available to work EST time zone
* Maintain a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home
* Have high-speed reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
**Requirements**
* 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
* Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time
* High-speed reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
* Must be willing to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
* Must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
