As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing timely updates to customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in Information Technology or Customer Service, and we're committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat * Submit tickets into our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and provide updates to customers via email * Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions * Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex customer issues * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable * Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of I.T.
