As a Sr. Learning Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the learning experience, driving business results, and fostering a culture of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sr. Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Supervising structured learning metrics**: Oversee the results of assigned territory and region, ensuring that training programs are meeting their intended goals.
* **Managing live performance metrics**: End-to-end management of performance metrics for assigned territory, driving business results and continuous improvement.
* **Conducting learning sessions**: Deliver training courses, including new process training, continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches.
* **Maintaining data and analysis**: Utilize Excel reports to track and analyze training metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* **Ensuring completion of new hire training program**: Coach and support new hires to ensure timely completion of training programs.
* **Partnering with operational stakeholders**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive learning initiatives and programs.
* **Identifying and certifying learning coaches**: Develop and certify learning coaches to enhance the training experience.
* **Leading individual improvement projects**: Drive business performance by leading projects that enhance the learning experience.
* **Driving Quality & Learning metrics**: Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions to stakeholders, ensuring that training programs meet quality standards.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of experience in training delivery roles**: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
* **1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience**: Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Proficient computer skills**: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and instructional software.
* **Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English**: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* **Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team**: Ability to work across various time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
* **Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation**: Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in training design and delivery.
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have:
* **Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position**: Proven experience in training and development.
* **Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects**: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* **Strong ability to multi-task**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
